Learn efficient tools for

taking charge of how you feel

Do you need a better way to address personal challenges and stressful situations?

As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, I am here to help YOU live a better life—through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we can work together in treating depression, anxiety, and relationship problems. I enjoy working with both adults and children, allowing them to live more fulfilled lives.

My direct approach is rich with tools to help you feel good. When I work with my clients, my objective is to focus on YOUR goals and to identify what gets in your way of feeling more whole, happy and content. I use
powerful interventions to enhance YOUR progress and to help you uncover your strengths.

My educational background includes a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology, along with a Master of Arts Degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Buddhist Psychology from Naropa University.
